Last weekend, my son and I went Satoyama cycling for the first time this year. It was just our regular route, going to the supermarket, but it was fabulous looking at Mt. Watamuki covered with snow.
Now I go Satoyama nordic walking, Satoyama running, and Satoyama cycling, I get to come out here a lot. It is nice to have different options, too. Each one is slightly different from others. Satoyama running is a pure exercise, Satoyama nordic walking is a meditation, and Satoyama cycling is a communication with my son.
