I came up with a new natto dish: Natto with vegetables.
It has all kinds of vegetables; broccoli, Jerusalem artichoke, onions, carrots, cabbage, spinach, garlic, and ginger.
I chop all these vegetables into small pieces and stir fry them. When they are cooked, I mix natto with them and pour soy sauce.
Eating this natto dish with fermented brown rice, miso soup, and Hinona pickles, which have some vinegar, would be the perfect ikigai meal.
