Enzyme juice can be a good alternative to raw food and today I will share with you how to make enzyme juice from apples.
You need a few apples and sugar to make it.
First you cut apples into small pieces.
Then you mix apples with the same amount of sugar. You can use white sugar since it works better for the fermentation process. Apparently, through fermentation, sugar is broken down into glucose and its harmful element is eliminated.
Make sure you spread apples and sugar evenly so that they are well mixed.You have the lid open slightly to let some air come in.
You leave it in a relatively warm room for a few weeks. Possibly room which isn’t too bright but warm. You want to mix the apples and sugar everyday.
