Recently I fry sweet potatoes for my son’s snack. I get a lot of sweet potatoes these days and didn’t know what to do with so many of them, other than eating them in a regular way, which is to bake them.
I don’t deep fry them like French fries, I just put some oil in a frying pan and stir fry them. Finally I sprinkle salt over them. The sweetness from the sweet potatoes and salt go very well together.
