If you continue to do what you have always done, you will continue to get what you have always got. If you want to get something different, do something different.

To achieve our goals to be prosperous and happy with the system where everyone can be prosperous and happy, we need to do differently from people like Andrew Carnegie who thrived during the Industrial Age, as well as people like Bill Gates who culminated in the Information Age.

Another word, most motivational success philosophies, which are based on success models of those two eras, are already obsolete.

In the book Zen and a Way of Sustainable Prosperity, I introduced Yin and Yang concept and how to apply it in motivational success philosophy. Yin and Yang concept is one of the new approaches I am talking about.

It is a balance of feminine and masculine energy, it is a balance of Eastern way of thinking and Western way of thinking, it is a balance of analog and digital, and it is a balance of parasympathetic nervous system and sympathetic nervous system.

For example, action taking is a must if you want to succeed in life isn’t it? There are many motivational speakers who stress the importance of taking action. I support this approach. Most successful people took massive action whether they were aiming for materialistic wealth or creating a sustainable and peaceful world, and I gave examples of the latter in the book.

However, action taking is a masculine approach and therefore it is Yang. We do need to use a feminine approach time to time. It doesn’t mean to shift from masculine to feminine completely, it simply means to keep a good balance of the two.

Yin and Yang success method will not only help you advance toward your goal in the new era, it will also help you transform yourself to be part of E.I., which is an essential element in the Fourth Wave of our transition.
